- By using the HISTOURIST website and service you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service. In case you do not agree to these Terms
or to our Privacy Policy, please do not access Histourist. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
- Service license
Histourist grants you a limited license to access and use Histourist in accordance with these Terms and the Histourist Privacy Policy.
Histourist reserves the right to terminate your license to use Histourist at any time and for any reason or to charge for commercial usage in the future.
- User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of Histourist. Content provided by the users does not represent the opinion, views, or
beliefs of Histourist, and Histourist makes no claim of accuracy of any user-provided material.
- Content contributors to Histourist
All users contributing to Histourist are required to grant broad permissions to the general public to re-distribute and re-use their contributions
freely, as long as the use is attributed and the same freedom to re-use and re-distribute applies to any derivative works. Therefore,
for any text you hold the copyright to, by submitting it, you agree to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.
If you want to import text that you have found elsewhere or that you have co-authored with others, you can only do so if it is available

Histourist, the Histourist logo and the Histourist designs are the trademarks or registered material of Histourist,
and may not be used without express written permission from Histourist, other than for attribution.
All other trademarks not owned by Histourist that appear on Histourist are
the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated
with, connected to, or sponsored by Histourist.
Histourist-originated content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, flash movies, data compilations, APIs, software and the
compilation of all content on the Site, is the property of Histourist and its licensers and protected by Argentina's law and international copyright laws.
- No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
HISTOURIST PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. HISTOURIST SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INFORMATION ACCURACY, INTEGRATION,
INTEROPERABILITY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
You understand and agree that you use Histourist at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that
arise from such use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HISTOURIST OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE), INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO USE, MISUSE, RELIANCE ON, INABILITY TO USE AND INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES,
DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND THE NONPERFORMANCE THEREOF AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, SALES,

- Other
Histourist and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Histourist Terms, or via use of Histourist, will create any partnership, joint
venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Histourist and you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. If any provision of the Histourist Terms is adjudged to be illegal
or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Histourist Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable
